Production

All of our beef  jerky is produced at our state of the art manufacturing facility in Grapeland, Texas. As you can see in the photos below, all of our beef jerky is prepared by hand. The meat is sliced cross-grain into strips, the strips are trimmed, spices are added, the strips are laid out by hand and then put into the "Big John" smoke house for smoking.
