Ranch Brand Jerky is made in Texas from 100% USDA grass
fed beef,
not imported like other brands. We pride ourselves on
producing a "Texas Made" product in our state of the art
production facility in Grapeland, Texas. We use only the
freshest ingredients and best cuts of low fat 100% USDA
beef that is sliced cross-grain to create a product that meets our high standards.
We have been in
the processing business for over twenty-five years. We
originally just made jerky for ourselves, employees,
family and friends. Everyone loved our jerky and we
were constantly told we should branch off and start a
jerky business. We finally took the plunge, and
established Ranch Brand Jerky.
Our jerky is
different from other jerky on the market today because
it is all made from top quality American beef and it is
produced here in Texas, not in a foreign country out of
low grade cows. We then cut our quality beef across the
grain like a steak, not with the grain. Our jerky is
then seasoned and smoked with real hickory wood in a
state of the art smoke house affectionately known as
“Big John”. We do not use liquid smoke.
We are a small
town, clean, quality conscious, USDA inspected jerky
plant. We have big plans for the future introducing our
smoked link sausage and smoked summer sausage.
You do not have
to be part wolf to experience your wild side in order to
eat our jerky!
